How to Upload

1. Generate your GPX file

Use DESTRAVANDO.run to create and download your custom GPX file.

2. Access your fitness platform

Log in to your preferred fitness platform (Strava, Garmin Connect, etc.).

Note: Most services support .gpx, .tcx and .fit files. File size limits may vary.

3. Upload the file

Look for the GPX file upload option and select the downloaded file.

  • Activity name (e.g., "Morning Run," "Weekend Trail Run")
  • Activity type (Running, Walking, Cycling, etc.)
  • Description (optional)
  • Date and time (usually automatically detected from GPX file)
  • Privacy settings (who can see your activity)
  • Tags or additional metadata

4. Configure details

Review your activity details and click "Save," "Upload," or "Finish" to complete the process. Your activity will now appear in your history or feed!

5. Verify Your Activity

After uploading, verify that your activity appears correctly:

  • The route should match what you expected
  • Distance, elevation and other metrics should be reasonable
  • The activity type should be correctly categorized

If something seems incorrect, you may be able to edit the activity after uploading.
